A Trip Over The Mountain

A little trip to Seattle for the softball girls.......to play Aberdeen at the University Of Washington softball field!!!!  Wow, this was FUN!  The girls warmed up on the practice area.

 What a gorgeous background...the Sound.
Time to go out onto the field.
Aberdeen....
 Spectators...

The girls ended up losing the game 5-4.  It was a good game.  Nothing to be ashamed of that's for sure!!

LOVE this sign:
Husky football stadium:
 Ryan...taking it all in!

We stayed at Leslie's house after the game.  She came and watched it, marking her calendar earlier in March so she wouldn't miss it!  What a trooper!  Matt and Luke had Lacrosse games today.  The boys took Ryan outside to test his lacrosse abilities.  He did pretty good.

Leslie and Mark both had to work this morning so we helped by getting the boys delivered to Leslie so they could get to their games.  Paxton was in charge of making sure they had all their gear in their bags, ready to go.

We delivered them to Team Sports, Mark and Leslie's business.  Last December we saw it when it was still in the beginning stages.  Here are a couple of pictures of what it looks like now.  Paxton and Kate "tried out" a volleyball, which we ended up taking home.

We then drove to Buckley High School and watched part of Matt's game before heading home.  We had a great time.  Matt's team ended up winning 17-1 and Luke's team also beat up on their opponents, winning 16-1.

We stopped at Wally's before heading home.  The shake of the month was not popular with any of us....go figure!
We got home around 5:30 this afternoon.  I am taking the rest of the weekend off from travel!  Have had enough of that for now.
