The 2012-13 Softball 1A State Championship got off to a brilliant start on Friday at 10:00 am.
This year the tournament was played at Columbia Fields in Richland. 16 teams gathering,
ready to take on the fight to become the #1 team in the State.
Before the National Anthem all the teams lined up on the baselines of Field 1.
It was awesome to see all the girls, all the school colors.
And here's our favorite....from Connell!
The first game we played was against Meridian.
Savannah started us off on the right foot with a homerun.
